Quick, easy to use and gets extra protein in the system. Recovery is key and on the go can just grab and fill rather than faff with scooping protein in to a shaker and the shaker becoming smelly once used.

Easy to use and comes in three great flavours. Vital for post workout recovery when you want your energy stores and muscle regeneration to be given a head start in recovering. I have recommended this product to football players for several seasons and I really do see it as a vital post match recovery shake.

A great shake for post games, delivers a high content nutritionally and I found it great to start the recovery process off for players when they don’t want to eat straight away. Simple and effective way to help aid athletes recovery process as well as a good taste.
